Happy 4th of July!

It all begins with an idea. A pandemic, a quarantine, stay-at-home orders and the Fourth of July drove us to think out of the box. Can we find a place, outside, with few people where we could walk and enjoy time together? The answer was a labyrinth in the Garden of Healing and Renewal at the McLaren Clarkston Health Center. As their website mentions, it s an oasis of beautiful paths, sitting areas, fountains and sculptures. It even has a labyrinth, an ancient meditation resource and symbol of spiritual healing, that incorporates a walking path to encourage both exercise and curative reflection
An unusual and an off the beaten path & social-distance-friendly way for us to celebrate the 4th of July.
— feeling grateful.
